What evidence was the basis to enable such claims on yogurts? What's more, yogurts of all types? 🧐

This article neatly goes through what " limited evidence " was the basis for the FDA's approval on this health claim. 

In essence, observational studies, and not all consistent...There is quite a stretch betwen food than can be considered a generally healthy option (go for the sugar free option), and it actually reducing the risk of suffering a condition, making it sound like it is a magic bullet !
